شروط وسياسة الخدمة
• The shipping time is estimated and may be increased depending on the security situation of the country as well as the schedules of the carrier lines (Sea and Air).
• مدة الشحن تقديرية وقد تتعرض للزيادة حسب الوضع الامني للبلاد وكذلك جداول الخطوط الناقلة (البحرية والجوية).
• Prohibited substances from shipping are mentioned in the facility. The shipment of these materials is strictly prohibited and any violation will result in the prohibition of shipping and destruction of the shipment without compensating the owner or requiring any other solutions.
• المواد المحظورة من الشحن مذكورة في المرفق. شحن هذه المواد ممنوع منعا باتا وأي مخالفة سيترتب عليها حظر شحن الشحنة وإتلافها دون تعويض صاحبها أو مطالبته بأي حلول أخرى.
• Correct shipping data (Proper Codification) is the customer's responsibility and any error in its writing does not result in any liability to Al Shaheen. Example:
• بيانات الشحن الصحيحة (الترميز الصحيح) هي مسؤولية العميل وأي خطأ في كتابتها لا ينتج عنه أي مسؤولية تجاه شركة الشاهين مثال:
-Insufficient writing of the account number on the boxes or writing a different name.
- في حالة عدم كتابة رقم الحساب على الصناديق او كتابة إسم مختلف.
such as ،-Writing the route of shipping writing Sea Shipping instead of Air Shipping or vice versa.
- في حالة كتابة نوع الشحن بشكل خاطئ مثلا كتابة شحن بحري بدل جوي او العكس.
- The method of writing the shipment data (Codification) on the boxes is as follows:
- تكون طريقة كتابة بيانات الشحنة على الصناديق بالشكل التالي.

• Shahen shipping company compensates any shipment damaged by poor handling or storage with a value of no more than $1000, while the company is not responsible for any shipment that has been stolen or lost while it's not in our possession .
• تقوم شركة الشاهين للشحن بتعويض أي شحنة تتلف بسبب سوء المناولة او التخزين بقيمة لا تتجاوز 1000$ في حين ان الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي شحنة تعرضت للسرقة او الضياع أثناء خروج الشحنة من حيازة الشركة.
• Any delay resulting from a security , a shipping , customs procedure،situation line within China or Libya is not in any way responsible for the company.
• أي تأخير ناتج عن وضع أمني أو إجراء جمركي أو خط ملاحي داخل الصين او ليبيا لا تتحمل الشركة مسؤوليته بأي حال من الأحوال.
• Shahen Shipping Company will be responsible for the customer's shipment only while it is within Shahen's custody and control and shall not be liable for loss or damage of a shipment while shipment is out of Shahen's custody or control.
• تكون شركة الشاهين مسؤولة عن شحنة العميل عندما تكون الشحنة تحت رعاية وحيازة الشركة فقط ولا تتحمل الشاهين أي مسؤولية عن فقدان الشحنة أو أية أضرار تلحق بها عند خروج الشحنة من رعاية وحيازة الشركة.
• Shahen shall be not liable for any loss, damage, delay, mis-delivery, non-delivery not caused by:
• شركة الشاهين غير مسؤولة عن أية خسارة او ضرر أو تأخير او سوء في التسليم او عدم التسليم الناتج عن:
- Insufficient or unsuitable packaging of the shipment and not putting fragile shipments Inside secure woden boxes.
- في حالة عدم التغليف الكافي أو المناسب للشحنة وعدم وضع الشحنات القابلة للكسر داخل صناديق خشبية محكمة.
- Mishandling by the supplier.
- سوء المناولة من المورد (البائع).
- Manufacturing defects.
- عيوب في التصنيع.
- Shipping of items that are illegal or prohibited.
- شحن أي بضائع محظورة أو غير مسموح بها قانونيا...
• Shahen Company will only carry goods which are the property of the customer and the customer warrants that it is authorized to accept and is accepting these conditions not only on behalf of itself but as agent and on behalf of all other persons who are or may hereafter be interested in the goods. The customer hereby undertakes to indemnify Shahen Company against any damages, costs and expenses resulting from any breach of this warranty.
• ستقوم شركة الشاهين بنقل البضائع المملوكة من قبل العميل فقط، ويؤكد العميل بأنه مخول وله صلاحية قبول هذه الشروط وبأنه يقبل بهذه الشروط ليس فقط بصفته الشخصية بل ايضا بصفته وكيل جميع الأشخاص الآخرين الذين لهم او قد تكون لهم أية مصلحة أو فائدة في هذه البضائع. ويتعهد العميل بتعويض الشركة عن اية أضرار او تكاليف أو مصاريف ناتجة عن إخلاله بهذا البند بأي شكل من الأشكال.
• The packaging of the customer's goods for shipping is the customer's sole responsibility, including the placing of the goods in any container which may be supplied to the customer by Shahen Company.
• تبقى مسؤولية تغليف البضائع الخاصة بالعميل المعدة للشحن على عاتق العميل وحده، بما في ذلك وضع البضائع في اي حاوية قد تقوم شركة الشاهين بتوفيرها للعميل.
• It is the sole responsibility of the customer to address adequately each consignment of goods to enable effective delivery to be made.
• تقع على عاتق العميل وحده مسؤولية تصريح وتقديم المعلومات الكافية والملائمة عن كل شحنة بضائع لضمان التسليم الملائم لها.
• From time to time, the air and sea carrier lines update the prices and the new prices are applied starting from the shipments in the China warehouse that have not yet come out. As for the shipments that have already gone out for shipment, they are calculated at the old prices.
• من فترة الي اخرة تقوم الخطوط الناقلة الجوية و البحرية بتحديث الاسعار و يتم تطبيق الاسعار الجديدة ابتداء من تاريخ التغير المعلن عنه من قبلنا .
• Shahen Company shall not be liable for delay in forwarding or delivery resulting from the customer's failure to comply with its obligations in this respect.
• لا تتحمل الشاهين مسؤولية أي تأخير في النقل أو التسليم الناتج عن عدم مراعات العميل الالتزامات بهذا الخصوص.
• Shahen Company will notify customer from time to time as to certain classes of materials which are not accepted for shipping.
• ستقوم الشاهين بإبلاغ العميل من وقت لآخر عن فئات المواد التي لا تقبل الشاهين شحنها.
• It is the customer's responsibility to accurately describe the shipment and to ensure that no material is delivered to Shahen which has been declared to be unacceptable.
• إن المسؤولية تقع تماما على العميل في وصف الشحنة بشكل صحيح ودقيق ، ويضمن العميل عدم تسليم الشاهين أية مواد قد صرحت الشركة بعدم قبولها للشحن.
• All shipments of copie classification (well-known brand) Al Shaheen does not bear any responsibility in if these shipments are delayed, stopped or confiscated by the Chinese customs.
• جميع الشحنات ذات التصنيف COPY (ذات علامة تجارية معروفة ) لا تتحمل الشاهين أي مسؤولية في حالة تم تأخير أو توقيف أو مصادرة هذه الشحنات لدى الجمارك الصينية.
• The goods will be stored in the company's warehouse in Libya after the arrival of the shipments for a maximum of 10 days and incase of any delay receiving the shipment in the period mentioned a floor value will be calculated for each day 10 dinars per cubic meter for sea shipments and 5 dinars per kilogram for air cargo.
• يكون تخزين الشحنات في مخازن الشركة في ليبيا بعد وصول الشحنات لمدة 10 ايام كحد أقصى وفي حالة تأخر استلام الشحنات في المدة المذكورة سيتم احتساب قيمة أرضية لكل يوم 10 دينار للمتر المكعب الواحد للشحنات البحرية و 5 دينار لكل كيلو جرام للشحنات الجوية.

ملاحظات قسم الصين :
• The duration of air freight is 10 to 20 days (Normal Conditions) from the date of receiving the shipment in china warehouse to reach our warehouse in Tripoli.
• مدة الشحن الجوي 10 أيام إلى 20 يوم في الحالات الطبيعية من تاريخ استلام الشحنة في مخزن الصين إلى وصولها لمخزننا في طرابلس.
• The sea shipping transit time is 45 - 60 days from the date the shipment arrival at our warehouse in in China.
• مدة الشحن البحري هي 45 الى 60 يوم من تاريخ وصول الشحنة الى مخزننا في الصين.
Notes for the Turkey:
ملاحظات قسم تركيا :
• The duration of air freight is 2 days to 4 days in normal cases, from the date of receiving the shipment in Turkey's warehouse until its arrival in our warehouse in Tripoli.
• مدة الشحن الجوي 2 أيام إلى 4 أيام في الحالات الطبيعية من تاريخ استلام الشحنة في مخزن تركيا إلى وصولها لمخزننا في طرابلس.
• The normal sea shipping period is from two to three weeks from the date of arrival of the shipment to our warehouse in Turkey.
• مدة الشحن البحري العادي من أسبوعين الي 3 أسابيع من تاريخ وصول الشحنة الى مخزننا في تركيا.
• The period of express sea shipping is from 10 days to 14 days from the date of arrival of the shipment to our warehouse in Turkey.
• مدة الشحن البحري السريع من 10 أيام الي 14 اليوم من تاريخ وصول الشحنة الى مخزننا في تركيا.
Notes for the Dubai:

• The duration of air freight is // days to // days in normal cases, from the date of receiving the shipment at the Dubai warehouse until its arrival at our warehouse in Tripoli.
• مدة الشحن الجوي // أيام إلى // يوم في الحالات الطبيعية من تاريخ استلام الشحنة في مخزن دبي إلى وصولها لمخزننا في طرابلس.
• The period of sea freight is 25 to 30 days from the date of arrival of the shipment to our warehouse in Dubai.
• مدة الشحن البحري هي 25 الى 30 يوم من تاريخ وصول الشحنة الى مخزننا في دبي .

ملاحظات قسم الولايات المتحدة الامريكية:
• The duration of air freight // days to // days in normal cases from the date of receiving the shipment in the US warehouse until its arrival at our warehouse in Tripoli.
• مدة الشحن الجوي // أيام إلى // يوم في الحالات الطبيعية من تاريخ استلام الشحنة في مخزن الولايات المتحدة الامريكية إلى وصولها لمخزننا في طرابلس.
• The period of sea shipping is 45 to 70 days from the date of arrival of the shipment to our warehouse in the United States of America.
• مدة الشحن البحري هي 45 الى 70 يوم من تاريخ وصول الشحنة الى مخزننا في الولايات الامريكية.
• Medical equipment can be shipped by sea if the quantity does not exceed 5CBM, provided that the quantity is single-use (such as needles - gloves - and creams for
• يمكن شحن المعدات الطبية بحرا في حالة إن الكمية لا تتجاوز 5CBM بشرط ان تكون الكمية ذات استعمال مرة واحدة ( كالإبر - القفازات - و الكريمات ذات

• It is necessary to assure the delivery representative to obtain the signature of the storekeeper upon receipt of the shipment, and Al Shaheen shall not bear responsibility for any shipment that does not have the signature of the storekeeper.
• لابد من التأكيد على مندوب التوصيل على الحصول على توقيع امين المخزن عند استلام الشحنة و لا تتحمل الشاهين مسؤولية أي شحنة لا تملك توقيع امين المخزن .
